I want to express my deep gratitude to the staff for their care of my mom. Special thanks to the nurse who brought her tea with honey every day and did everything possible to lift her spirits. The physiotherapist sang to my mom during exercises to encourage her. Huge thanks to the staff for all their hard work and patience with my mom and our family. These individuals truly touched my heart with their kindness and the way they treated her during her stay.
My experience at this rehabilitation center for my grandfather was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful staff members who made us feel like family. The rehabilitation program was tailored to my grandfather's specific needs and was executed with care and professionalism. The staff was very friendly with the care of my Dad a few months back. Bernadette made my dad feel special with the chocolate milk full of love & the PT gentleman sang to my Dad for encouragement. I appreciate Lori and I think her name was Amanda for all their hard work & their patience with my Dad & his family.
